摘要
知识网络的本质是组织间基于知识资源的一种合作关系。一方面,与组织知识网络合作有关的知识特性反映在组织知识分工与积累原理、知识市场路径依赖原理、组织能力过剩原理以及知识嵌入性原理之中。对于这些原理的认识有利于提高我们对组织间知识网络规律性的认识。另一方面,互信是知识网络中组织间合作伙伴关系良性运行的基础与前提;互惠互利既是合作的目的,也是合作的驱动力;互动则是合作成功的实现途径。
The essence knowledge networks is a cooperative relationship based on knowledge-resources among inter-organizations. On one hand, the characteristics of knowledge relevant to the cooperation in knowledge network among organizations is reflected in the principle of the accumulation and division of labor of the organizational knowledge, of path dependence theory of knowledge market, of organizational surplus capacity and of knowledge embeddedness. Understanding of these principles is conducive to improve our understanding of inter-organizational knowledge networks systematically. On the other hand, mutual trust is a foundation and premise for inter-organizational partnership among knowledge networks to run benignly; mutual benefits are both the aim, but also the driving force of cooperation; interaction is the way to achieve successful cooperation.
