摘要
本文引入考虑了"坏"产出的Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数,测算了1998~2007年地区工业考虑了环境因素情况下的全要素生产率增长及其分解。研究发现,忽略环境因素会高估我国工业全要素生产率增长,技术进步是生产率增长的主要来源;西部地区工业化过程中存在较严重的资源浪费与生态环境破坏,东部地区有力地促进了我国工业向"又好又快"方向发展;人均GDP、资本劳动比、外商直接投资对考虑环境因素的生产率增长水平有显著影响。
This paper introduces Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index, taking into account of the growth of "good" output and the reduction of "bad" out- put at the same time. We apply the index to estimate TFP growth and its components in a sample of our regional industries over the period 1998 to 2007. The results show: Average annual TFP growth is higher than that with accounting for pollutions and technical progress is the main source; Waste of resources and environmental degradation seriously exist in the western regions in the process of industrialization. The eastern part of our country promote China industry toward "the better and faster" growth. GDP per capita, capital-labor ratio and FDI have a sig nificant effect on Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index.
