摘要
在分析科技人员收入满意度与科技人员收入差距主观感受的基础上,基于江苏省12个地市科技人员收入的调查数据,利用基尼系数和泰尔指数对江苏省科技人员收入差距进行了研究。研究表明,江苏省科技人员收入差距不明显,其中企业科技人员收入差距比较合理,事业单位与高校科研院所科技人员收入比较平均;从地区、组织和职称的角度看,造成科技人员收入差距的主要来源是职称,其次是地区,组织对科技人员收入差异贡献度不大。
In this paper, we studied the income gap among STP used Gini Coefficient and Theil Index based on the 11798 questionnaires in Jiangsu Province after the analysis of revenue satisfaction and subjective feelings of the income gap. The study showed that the income gap among STP was unobvious, and the income gap among STP in enterprise was more reasonable than in institutions and university or research institute; the main source of the income gap was professional title if we considered only the region, organization and professional title' s impact of the income gap.
