摘要
简要回顾了中药信息学的发展历程,通过与化学信息学等学科的比较,在建设信息学类型的中药数据库、中药数据的计算机化存储格式和中药传统药效的处理方法等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了一些建议。
The paper presents a brief review of the history of TCM informatics. A chemoinformatic comparison was made to enhance people＇s understanding of three major problems： develop informatics oriented TCM databases, design dedicated storage formats for TCM data, and work out an efficient method to register TCM therapeutic effects. Some possible solutions were also laid out in the paper.
