摘要
为探讨雄激素与EGFR在前列腺增生及癌变过程中相互关系,应用免疫组化方法检测EGFR和ABS(雄激素结合位点)在前列腺组织中表达。结果显示:EGFR和ABS在前列腺增生和癌变组织中表达均显著高于正常前列腺组织;而且EGFR表达与肿瘤病理分级正相关。EGFR与ABS表达之间在正常组织中呈负相关、增生组织中无相关而癌变组织中呈正相关。研究表明:EGFR和ABS异常表达及两者之间调控关系紊乱可能是前列腺增生和癌变的发生发展重要原因之一。
The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and androgen binding site (ABS) in 14 normal prostate, 60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 33 cases of prostatic carcinoma (PC) were determined immunohistochemically. It was found that the expressions of EGFR and ABS in BPH and PC were significantly higher than those in normal prostate. The degree of expression of EGFR was positively correlated with the pathological grading of the tumor. In normal prostatic tissues a negative correlation was found between the expressions of EGFR and ABS, and, they were not correlated at all in BPH, while a positive correlation was observed in PC. It is indicated that overexpression of EGFR and ABS and their abnormal modulation may play an important role in the pathogenesis of BPH and PC.
