摘要
对超重力硫酸沉淀法生产白炭黑进行了连续化实验研究,通过改变硫酸的质量分数、旋转床转子的转速和硅酸钠的流量,探索出了这些工艺条件对白炭黑粉体性能的影响。所得产品经透射电镜、BET比表面积、DBP吸油值等测试,结果为:产品平均粒径在10 nm左右;随硫酸质量分数的增加,比表面积先增加后减小,吸油值则相反;随旋转床转速的增加,比表面积先减小后增大,吸油值大致呈减小趋势;硅酸钠的流量对产品比表面积的影响不大。
Study on continuous production of silica by hypergravity sulfuric acid precipitation method was conducted. Influences of process conditions, such as mass fraction of sulfuric acid, rotor speed of rotating packed bed ( RPB ) , and flow rate of sodium silicate, on performances of silica powder were investigated. Silica powder was tested by TEM, BET, and DBP. Results showed:mean diameter of the powder is about 10 nm;with increasing of mass fraction of sulfuric acid, specific area increase at first and then decrease, whereas oil absorption value is on the contrary ; with increasing of rotor speed, spe- cific area decrease at first and then increase and oil absorption value has decreasing tendency more or less ; effect of silicate sodium flow rate on specific area is not significant.
