摘要
用正交法得出了最佳成膜工艺T2/T7,并对该工艺形成的膜层耐蚀性进行了试验。结果表明:经该工艺处理后铝合金在NaCl水溶液中的均匀腐蚀速度可降低90%~95%;铝合金腐蚀的阳极过程受到明显阻滞,明显地改善了铝合金在氯化物介质中的耐点蚀性能。该膜层基本是绝缘体,而离子通过溶解和换位机理可以有一些导通,膜层具有一定的厚度、硬度,结合力良好。
Abstract An optimum conversion film formation process (T2/T7) was worked out through by orthogonal experiment. The results revealed that for the coated specimens the uniform corrosion rate in NaCl solution was reduced by 10 to 20 times,and 504 hours neutral salt spray test passed. The rareearth conversion film had adequate thickness,hardness and adhesion for industrial use.
