摘要 综述了高分子材料的超声波合成最近的研究成果。评述了超声波在聚合物合成中的作用机理及聚合物的超声波合成条件。 The recent research development of using ultrasonic waves in polymer processing in several aspects was reviewed. Plastics powder such as PP, HDPE, UHMWPE can be molded by the application of ultrasonic vibrations. The ultrasonic waves of certain levels in the presence of pressure and heat rapidly break up the three dimensional network in crosslinked rubbers. When used in plastics extruded foam, ultrasonic waves affected both die pressure as well as physical and mechanical properties of the foams, and also influenced cell size and distribution in extruded foams. Ultrasonic nucleation can be applied to the production of thermoplastic foam if the ultrasonic excitation generates large enough negative pressure.
