摘要
综述了温度、湿度、空气条件、酸碱度、光线、风速等食用菌生产中主要环境因子对菌丝及子实体生长发育的影响以及各环境因子间相互作用的研究进展,并探讨了食用菌生产中环境因子的研究方向。
The effects of such main environmental factors during edible fungus production as temperature,humidity,aeration,pH value,light and wind speed on the growth and development of edible fungi's mycelia and fruiting bodies and their interactions were reviewed, and the future research direction was also discussed on the bases of previous researches and their results.
