摘要
校企合作教育是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制,对于高等院校应用型人才培养有着非常重要的作用。校企合作的关键点在于校企双方利益共享、优势互补、互惠双赢。学校在校企合作教育中处于主动地位,是合作成败的决定性因素。建议学校从运行、保障、评价三个方面进行管理机制的建设,与企业建立起长期稳定、互惠互利的合作长效机制,实现校企双方的共赢。
Cooperative education between college and enterprise is a mechanism based on market and sodal requirement and has an important role on the training qualified personnel with practical ability. The key points of cooperative education between college and enterprise are benefit share and advantage complementation between college and enterprise. The college is a decisive factor which will decide if the cooperative education will be successful because the college or the university is at the acfive position on cooperative education. The suggestion is that the college or the university should enhance the construction of management mechanism on the three perspectives of running, support and evaluation and establish a stable, mutual benefit, long-term effect mechanism with enterprises and realize the both win between college and enterprise.
