经颅多普勒检查在脑梗死及短暂性脑缺血发作诊断中的位置 被引量:2

摘要 急性脑梗死患者是否有大动脉闭塞?是否需要行急诊数字减影血管造影术(DSA)检查?以及急性脑梗死溶栓治疗后如何最快捷和准确地评估闭塞动脉是否开放以及开放程度?尽管早期CT定量能帮助预测并发症、预后、以及溶栓治疗获益的可能性,然而,CT不能单独提供确切的动脉闭塞定位和在组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t—PA)团注后动脉闭塞持续时间的信息。CT血管造影术(cTA)和磁共振血管造影术(MRA)可用来评估血管开放,但CTA受限于需要对比剂以及源图像的专家解释和三维重建的时间延缓。
