摘要
通过N离子束注入对枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis P-1进行诱变,筛选得到一株解磷能力提高48%的突变菌株B. subtilis P-1-5。对B. subtilis P-1和B. subtilis P-1-5发酵过程中碱性磷酸酶活性(AKP)和可溶性磷含量进行了定量分析,结果表明两者的碱性磷酸酶活性和可溶性磷含量变化趋势基本一致,但B. subtilis P-1-5均比同期B. subtilis P-1值高,说明突变菌株B. subtilis P-1-5比原始菌株B. subtilis P-1解磷性状优良。
A mutant strain Bacillus subtilis P-1-5 induced by mutation of Nitrogen ionic beam was screened and its phosphate-solubilizing capacity was 48% higher than that of the initial strain B. subtilis P-1. The activities of alkaline phosphates and the content of soluble phosphate of B. subtilis P-1-5 and B. subtilis P-1 were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the trends of both strains were roughly consistent, but the alkaline phosphates activities and the content of soluble phosphate ofB. subtilis P-1-5 were higher than that of the initial strain B. subtilis P-1 over the same period. This indicated that the phosphate-solubilizing capacity of the mutant strain B. subtilis P-1-5 was better than that of the initial strain B. subtilis P-1.
