The key links in supervision and pre-control of boiler installation engineering are analyzed, they include auditing the construction organization design and the special construction scheme, examining the quality management system, auditing the qualification of manager and special personnel, cooperating with the construction unit in the organization of meeting on construction drawing explanation and check, urging the construction unit to organize the meeting on construction techniques, checking and accepting the boiler and its accessories on construction site. The method to prevent the common quality fault ring is introduced.
