摘要
用三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析技术研究了武钢微碳深冲钢板(03Al)在工业生产各主要工序中的织构特征与演变、力学性能和成型性能。结果表明:①热轧、冷轧与退火织构类型与铝镇静深冲钢板(08Al)相类似,但冷轧和退火后,有利织构明显增强;②武钢通过对碳含量在0.01%~0.02%的微碳深冲钢板进行成分设定和选定工艺参数,可生产出基本成型性能n=0.193~0.241、r=1.684~1.939的高品质的深冲钢板,其技术指标达到和超过了日本SPCEN深冲钢板的水平。
The texture and its evolution of lowcarbon deep drawing steel sheet at main steps in production such as hotrolling,coldrolling and annealing have been investigated by means of ODFThe mechanical properties and formability of steel sheets were measuredResults show that ①the texture of lowcarbon deep drawing steel is similar to that of aluminiumkilled steel,but favorable texture components become more strong after rolling and annealing;②with optimal chemical composition and processing parameters the lowcarbon deep drawing steel with excellent formability of n=0193~0241,r=1684~1939 can be produced,which are better than SPCEN grade made in Japan
