摘要
采用湿化学法制备了掺铝的碱式碳酸锌,利用等离子体条件下高温和冷却速率快的特点,使在高温热解中产生的ZnO晶格中形成更多的缺陷,提供更多的导电电子,获得较高的电导率.SEM观察粉体形貌表明,等离子体热解制得的导电ZnO粉比传统马弗炉工艺所制产品颗粒细,且粒度分布均匀,不同压力下电阻的测量结果证实了等离子体热解可以制备出导电性比传统热解工艺好的ZnO粉.
Basic carbonate of zinc doped with Al was prepared by the wet chemical method The plasma pyrolysis takes advantage of high temperature and quick quenching, which may contribute to powders with more defects in ZnO crystallattice These defects provide more conducting electrons and increase ZnO powder conductivity Particle size of conductive ZnO powders produced by different ways of pyrolysis was examined by SEM It is shown that ZnO powders produced by the plasma pyrolysis are finer than those produced by the conventional pyrolysis The conductivity of the powders were measured under different pressure applied, confirming that highly conductive ZnO powders is produced
