摘要
本文对我省高速公路建设投融资的现状及存在的问题进行了认真分析,着重阐述了拓宽我省高速公路建设投融资渠道的若干措施,认为要不断拓宽投融资渠道、创新体制机制,确保高速公路建设工作的顺利开展。
This paper has made an earnest analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the investment and financing in the construction of our province＇ s expressway and has emphasized the discussion of the number of measures to broaden the investment and financing channels in the Construction of our province＇ s expressway and holds the view that investment and financing channels must be constantly expanded and systems and mechanisms must be innovated to ensure the smooth development of the construction of expressway.
