摘要
在对数字资源优选与数字资源评价两者之间关系分析的基础上,构建一个由"数字资源购前评价与优选指标体系"和"数字资源购后评价优选指标体系"组成的"数字资源评价与优选指标体系模型",以辅助图书馆作出选购或续订、停订的决策;并进一步对两个子体系中包含的三个分类指标的子指标进行研究,从而构建资源评价与优选的软件系统模型,以期实现数字资源选购的数字化、自动化和智能化。
In order to help library make a reasonal decision on option, renew or discontinue on materials, the author constructs a digiral resource evaluation and optimization index system, which is composed of two sub-index systems, one is digital resource evaluation and optimization before purchase, the other is digital resource evaluation and optimization after purchase, all of these are based on the analysis of the relationship between digital resource selective preference and digital resource evaluation. After that the author makes a research on the indicators that contained in the three classification indicators, evaluating indicator in the library, users and selective preference indicators, then constructs a software system model of digital resource evaluation and selective preference, in order to realize the digitization, automation and intelligentization of digital resource purchase.
