摘要
本支对TC_4钛合金和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、F112(00Cr15Ni6Nb超低炭马氏体不锈钢)用爆炸焊接方法制造波纹管贮箱底板的焊接工艺以及爆炸焊接后的焊缝性能测定的结果进行了介绍。研究结果表明,在TC_4钛合金和1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢之间加0.5毫米厚铜作中问层的爆炸焊接方法是可行的,所提供的焊接产品能满足委托单位的要求。
The clad bottom plates of waved tube-boxs made of titanium alloy TC_4 and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti were formed by an explosive welding process and the qualities of welded seams of the samples were evaluated. The results showed that the welding process is feasible if a copper intermediate layer of 0.5ram thickness is inserted between the titanium alloy and the stainless steel, and the welded products may fulfil the quality requirements of users.
