监测小儿重症肺炎患者胃黏膜pH值的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 胃黏膜pH值(pHi)是近年来发展起来的反映胃粘膜缺血、缺氧相当敏感的指标,并能间接反映机体组织氧合状况,可作为组织氧供与氧耗的敏感监测指标。重症肺炎患儿易并发急性胃肠功能衰竭,导致死亡率增加,故胃肠功能障碍早期干预是促进原发病恢复,避免其它脏器功能不全的关键。本文旨在观察重症肺炎患儿pHi的变化,评价pHi的临床意义,同时评价pHi与其他氧合指标的相关性和准确性。
