近年来,住房抵押贷款支持证券作为一种新的投资工具,已成为我国金融业发展的一个热点。但住房抵押贷款证券化的实施尚不尽人意。为了降低风险,保护投资者的利益,促进证券化在中国的顺利开展,对住房抵押贷款证券化过程中存在的风险进行了分析,并提出相应的防范建议。
