摘要
国有商业银行是我国金融业的主体,维系着国民经济的命脉和经济安全。提高国有商业银行的客户忠诚度成为当务之急。本文从国有商业银行的特点出发,从客户满意的角度来提高客户的忠诚度。
State-owned commercial banks are the mainstay of Chinese financial industry, maintaining the lifeline of national economy and economic security. State-owned commercial banks improve customer loyalty become an urgency matter. In this paper, the characteristics of state-owned commercial banks, base of the perspective of customer satisfaction to increase customer loyalty.
