摘要 为了解决突出煤层坚硬顶板回采工作面顶板悬露不垮和采空区爆破放顶易引起瓦斯爆炸的问题,针对演马庄矿顶板特性,采用拉槽断裂法对基本顶进行预裂爆破,以干预初次来压;建立测站,观测了工作面回采期间的矿压变化和顶板位移。通过实施初次来压前的深孔预裂爆破,降低了初次来压的强度和初次来压形成飓风的可能性,达到回采工作面安全生产的目的。 In outburst coal seam coal working face with hard roof in Yanmazhuang Mine,the goaf roof didn't fall after mining, and if the method of blasting was taken to make the goaf roof failing down,it is easy to bring about gas explosion. In order to solve the problems, according to the roof characteristic in Yanmazhuang Coal Mine,tensile groove fracture method was used to split the main roof with pre- splitting blasting hoping to affect the first weighting, and stations were built to observe the mine pressure changing and roof displacement during the period of working face's mining. By the implementation of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting before the first weighting,the intensity of first weighting was reduced, the goal of safety production was achieved.
