摘要
研究了用D401号螯合树脂交换分离富集精制食盐水中微量钙及用分光光度法测定钙含量的方法.在pH1.5~2.5的柠檬酸介质中,25mL体积内钙含量在0.5~7.0μg范围内符合比耳定律.回收率为97.0%~106.0%,灵敏度(RSD)≤3.3%.
The method of the D401 chelating resin exchange pre concentration of calcium in refined table salt solution is studied.And the optimum conditions for the determination of microamounts of calcium in preconcentrated solution by spectrophotometry are also discussed.In a citric acid buffer medium of pH1.5~2.5,beer’s law is obeyed for 0.5~7.0μg of calcium in 25mL solution.The recoveries are 97.0%~106.0% and the RSD≤3.3%.
