摘要
建筑节能工程建设是促进我国经济社会可持续发展的有力保障,而推进建筑节能工作健康发展,有效控制建筑节能工程质量是将其落至实处的关键环节.因此,围绕工程项目参与建设主体,对节能工程建设实施全过程管理与控制,并贯彻落实始终,显得尤为重要.
Architectural energy-saving project is to promote China s sustainable economic and social development.Promoting the healthy development of energy-saving project and efficient control of quality of architectural energy-saving project are the key steps.Therefore,the implementation of management and control of the entire process of energy-saving project are particularly important,concerning about the main members involving in projects and consistent implementation.
