摘要
采用活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)测定低分子肝素(LMWH)透过鸡嗉囊膜、犬口腔、大鼠肠道及口腔等黏膜的透过量,并考察药物浓度、pH、氯化钠浓度和聚乙二醇辛酸/癸酸甘油酯(Labrasol)对其透过的影响。结果表明,Labrasol能促进LMWH透过不同黏膜;LMWH可经大鼠口腔黏膜吸收进入体循环。
The transmucosal cumulative permeation amount of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) through different kinds of animal mucosa such as chicken crop mucosa, dog buccal mucosa, rat intestinal and buccal mucosa was determined by activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) method. The influences of the drug concentration, pH, NaCI concentration and Labrasol on permeation amount were investigated. The results showed that Labrasol could increase mucosa permeability of LMWH through the above cited mucosas. After buccal administration of LMWH in rats, the transmucosal absorption was observed.
