摘要
梁启超在20余年的办报生涯中,形成了丰富的新闻业务思想。在编辑业务方面主张要重视"报章体例"的策划与设计,提出了"宗旨定而高,思想新而正,材料富而当,报事确而速"的编辑业务标准;在言论写作上,认为言论必须有一定的宗旨,发表意见应该淋漓尽致、毫无隐讳,有时候,为了一定的目的,可以发表稍为偏激的言论,但是,总体上言论写作应当遵循公正、全面、新颖、通俗、严谨、实用的原则;在报章文体上,他主张要改革文义太赜的古文作法,创造适应时代需要的"新文体",追求平易畅达,不受约束、条理明晰,感情充沛的文风。这些思想和他的实践对于促进和提高中国近代报刊的业务水平起到了积极的作用。
During the over twenty years＇ newspaper career, Liang Qi - chao had formulated a wealth of theories about Journalism operation. In the editorial business, he stressed the newspaper style in the planning and design. He advanced some editorial business standards, including＂ the tenets should be set and high, the thoughts should be new and beneficial , the materials should be full and equal , the speed should be exact and swift＂. In the speech writing respect, he thought the statements must have definite tenets and utter the views thoroughly, just call a spade a spade. Occasionally, for certain purposes, one even can make extreme speech relatively. However, as a whole, the verbal writing should follow these principles： equitable, comprehensive, novel, mode, to suit popular, precise and utilitarian. In the newspaper style, he advocated to reform the old and abstruse and to create a ＂new style＂ of easy accessible, no restriction, legible consecution and plentiful emotions the need of the time. These thoughts and his own practices played an active role in boosting and improving the newspapers＇ business level in modern China.
