猪场污水回收磷酸铵镁结晶形态及方式研究 被引量:5

摘要 对猪场污水膜生物反应器出水进行了磷酸铵镁结晶试验,不同试验下结晶形态有所差异,但多数结晶存在中空现象。针对该现象分析并验证了结晶形态存在差异的原因,并通过试验考察了晶体中空现象是否有利于结晶附着在粗糙表面生长。结果表明,相对光滑表面,磷酸铵镁晶体更容易附着在粗糙表面生长,但该现象是否与结晶生长易产生中空有关,还需进一步试验研究。 When struvite crystallization from effluent of MBR for swine wastewater was studied, differences were found in struvite structure. Most of the crystals were found with hollow structure. In this study, causes of such phenomenon were analyzed and verified by experiment. In addition, experiment was conducted to find if hollow structure could promote struvite crystallizing on coarse surface. Results show that struvite appears more prone to grow on coarse surface, and further study is required to investigate whether it is in close relation with the hollow structure of struvite.
