摘要
利用自制单室微生物燃料电池,采用污水处理厂的厌氧污泥接种,以自制钛基二氧化铅电极为阴极,运行微生物燃料电池11907min,成功获得了电能,最大功率密度为485mW·m-2。通过稳态放电法测得单室微生物燃料电池的内阻为300Ω。污水COD去除率达到40%左右,日平均去除1000.5mg·L-1,说明此单室微生物燃料电池在产生电能的同时对废水有较理想的处理效果。
Electricity was produced for wastewater treatment using a self-made single-chamber microbial fuel cell (SCMFC).The SCMFC was seeded with anaerobic sludge taken from wastewater treatment plant.The SCMFC with the self-made cathode (PbO2)was operated continuously for 11 907 min, the highest power density reached 485 mW·m^-2. In the SCMFC, resistance was measured using the steady discharging method, and was 300 Ω .The sewage COD elimination rate is 40%,and the daily average elimination speed is 1 000.5 mg .L^-1.As a result, the SCMFC has the ideal effect to wastewater while produces electrical energy.
