铝箔夹层对铝-镁-硅合金车身板点焊性能的影响

摘要 采用正交试验法在两块Al-Mg-Si车身板材之间加入双层0.02 mm厚的铝箔进行点焊工艺参数试验,分析熔核微观组织的特征,研究焊接工艺参数与电阻点焊接头抗拉剪强度的关系。试验表明,焊接电流对焊点抗拉剪强度影响最大,焊接时间次之,电极压力最弱。最佳工艺参数为焊接电流17 kA、焊接时间1.0 s,电极压力2.4 kN,此时拉剪负荷为1 943 N。显微组织表明,熔核呈均匀细小的等轴晶粒,没有出现飞溅、裂纹等缺陷。接头断裂为韧性断裂,断口撕裂有韧窝特征。 In the paper the research object was Ak-Mg-Si based alloy plates of 1.0 mm thickness, and inside them adding double 0.02 mm thickness aluminum foils. The effects of welding parameters on the tensile shear strength and microstructure characters had been studied through a series of experiments using orthogonal experiment method. The results showed that the optimal combined factor was welding current 17 kA, welding time 1.0 s, welding pressure 2.4 kN, the tensile shear strength was 1943 N, and the most marked effect factor on the tensile shear strength was welding current, the second was welding time, the last was welding pressure. Nugget with double 0.02 mm thickness medias was better and no bugs such as splash and flaw and so on. Joint crack was ductile fracture.
