摘要
采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)方法对6个孔雀草品种的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了研究,并观测了其主要观赏性状,初步探讨了两者间的关系。结果表明:6个孔雀草品种间的POD同工酶酶谱存在不同程度的差异,同一品种不同器官的POD同工酶间存在明显的差异;分析了6个品种的主要观赏性状,雪域的综合表现最好;主要观赏性状与POD同工酶酶谱间未表现出明显的规律性的关系。
The technology of PAGE was used to study on peroxidase(POD) isozyme of 6 T.patula breeds,and observe their main ornamental characteristics,preliminary discussing both relationships.The results were as follows:POD isozyme zymograms of the breeds had various degrees of differences,and POD isozyme zymograms of different organs in the same breeds had obvious differences;taking it all round,"xueyu" was best in the breeds;it didn't show obvious and regularity relationships between their main ornamental characteristics and POD isozyme zymograms.
