摘要
试验通过对花枝鲜重、水分平衡、开花率、可溶性总糖、蛋白质的测定,来研究保鲜剂对馨口腊梅采后衰老的生理效应。结果表明:A3B2C1(青霉素600 mg/L+硝酸银68 mg/L+8-羟基喹咛100 mg/L)和A3B3C2(青霉素600 mg/L+硝酸银102 mg/L+8-羟基喹咛200 mg/L)对延缓馨口腊梅采后的衰老有明显效果。
Studied the effects of Penicillin,AgNO3 and 8-HQ on the relative postharvest physiology of cut 'Xinkou' Calycanthus Chinensis.Though investigated the fresh weight of flower shoots,the water balance,the rate of blooming,,soluble sugar and protein.The results showed that the prescription A3B2C1(600 mg/L penicillin+68 mg/L AgNO3+100 mg/L 8-HQ) and the treatment A3B3C2(600 mg/L penicillin+102 mg/L AgNO3+200 mg/L 8-HQ) could remarkably delayed senescence of cut floweing shoots of 'Xinkou' Calycanthus Chinensis.
