摘要
在空气气氛下,以自制的结晶度高的-βCo(OH)2为前驱体,固相合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2.通过粉末微电极循环伏安法快速评价了固相合成条件对LiCoO2循环伏安性能的影响.研究结果表明:原料预处理方式、锂钴初始摩尔比、煅烧温度和时间对LiCoO2的循环伏安性能有较显著的影响,而研磨时间、锂源等影响相对较小.
The positive material LiCoO2, for lithium ion battery is synthesized by solid state reaction through home--made β-Co(OH)2 as precursor. The effects of synthesis conditions on cyclic vohammetry are evaluated rapidly by powder microelec trode cyclic voltammetry method, The results showe that pretreatment method, the initial Li/Co mole ratio, calcination temperatures and time have significant effects on cyclic voltammctry of LiCoO2 while grinding time, lithium resources have minor influences on it.
