摘要
结合绿色物流供应链企业的特点,提出供应链企业实施绿色物流供应链管理对策,并从产品设计、原材料生产、供应、销售、运输和使用、回收与再利用等方面对供应链管理过程中对环境的影响因素加以分析,提出绿色供应链管理的基本思想、研究条件、框架体系和评价方法。对实现企业及社会的可持续发展战略具有十分重要的意义。
According to the characteristics of green logistics supply chain enterprises, the paper proposes how the supply chain enterprises to implement green supply chain management, analyzes the affecting factors of products design, production, supply, sale, transportation and utilization of raw materials, returns and recycling, etc in environment and brings forth the basic thinking, research conditions, framework system and evaluation methods of green supply chain management.
