摘要
以双色笔杆为例,介绍了双色注射模浇注系统、型腔、型芯与推出系统的设计。从成型工艺参数控制、型芯、型腔设计等方面探讨了提高2种塑料黏合强度的措施。
The design of an injection mould for a bi-color plastic penholder was presented, which involves the feeding system, cavities, cores and ejection mechanism. Discussion was made on how to improve the adhesive strength between two materials from aspects of control of molding process parameters and design of cores and cavities.
