摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT最大密度投影重建技术对颅盖骨线状骨折的诊断价值。方法:收集多层螺旋CT常规10 mm层厚横断面图及1.25 mm层厚横断面图与最大密度投影后处理(MIP)联合诊断的颅盖骨线状骨折病例49例,利用16层螺旋CT行头部非螺旋平扫检查,对比3种方法对颅盖骨线状骨折的诊断价值。结果:49例颅盖骨线状骨折病例中,最大密度投影(MIP)对显示骨折49例,10 mm层厚横断面图显示骨折36例,1.25mm层厚横断面图显示骨折43例。结论:多层螺旋CT最大密度投影重建技术可以明显提高颅盖骨线状骨折的诊断,应该作为头部外伤CT检查的一种常规观察方法。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice CT (MSCT) maximum intensity projection (MIP) in the detection capillary fracture of calvaria. Methods: Forty nine patients with capillary fracture of calvaria were scanning with 10 mm and 1. 25 mm thickness and MIP with multislice spiral CT. Then comparative analysis between these different displays in the evaluation of capillary fracture of calvaria were made. Results: In 49 capillary fracture of calvaria, there were 49 cases with greater wing MIP, 36 cases with 10 mm thickness, 43 cases with 1.25 mm thickness. Conclusion: Maximum intensity projection with multislice spiral CT can improve the diagnostic value of capillary fracture of calvaria.
