摘要
资产证券化作为一种金融创新,凭借其资产信用融资、结构性融资的竞争优势,获得了世界各地资本市场的广泛青睐。其内涵不断深化,外延也不断扩大,形式多样。随着知识经济的发展,知识产权证券化成为发达国家用于实施知识产权产业化应用的一种新型融资工具,且在美国呈现快速增长的态势。借鉴美国知识产权证券化的经验,可以解决我国目前知识产权相关产业的成果转化难的发展瓶颈,也能为资本市场增加新的投资品种。
As a financial innovation, asset-backed securitization has competition predominance in asset credit financing and structural financing and has got into good graces of capital market all over the world. Asset-backed securitization becomes multiform, its intension is becoming deeper, and its extension is widening. With the development of knowledge economy, intellectual property securitization is a new financial tool to promote the industrialization of intellectual property, which takes on a rapid growing situation in America and mostly includes copyright, trademark, licence and patent. So, American experience of intellectual property securitization can be used for reference to solve the development bottle-neck of production transformation in national intellectual property industry, and it also can increase investment products in capital market.
