摘要
目的:调查分析河南省各级健康教育机构与人力资源现状,找出适合新形势下健康教育发展的对策,为更好地开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法:采用全国统一发放的《健康教育所(中心)业务工作调查表(卫统43表)》,对河南省地、市、县健康教育机构与人员情况进行调查分析。结果:全省共有专业健康教育机构139个,专业人员缺乏,学历及职称偏低,基层经费投入不足,活动开展项目较少。结论:健康教育机构和队伍不稳定,缺乏有利于人才培养的政策,不能适应新形势下健康教育发展的需要,应加大健康教育经费投入,开展形式多样的健康教育活动,满足社会和人民群众需要。
Objective： An analysis was conducted on the status of health education organizations and human resources in Henan province so as to provide countermeasures for health education development under new situations. Methods： An investigation and analysis was made with unified ＂Business Investigation Form for Health Education In- stitutes （Centers）＂ in health education organizations at prefectures, cities and counties levels. Result： There are 139 professional health education organizations in the province. They are short of experts, and employees are in low education and lower technical titles. The resource input to these organizations is low and they are seldom to carry out education projects. Conclusion： The health education teams aren＇ t stable and they are short of measures to train professionals. The investment to health education should be increased so as to carry out various health education activities to meet the demand of society.
