西农萨能奶山羊泌乳均衡性与产奶量的相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究西农萨能奶山羊泌乳均衡性与产奶量的相关关系,为奶山羊良种选育与改良提供依据。【方法】选择健康、泌乳正常的西农萨能奶山羊120头,测定衡量泌乳均衡性的泌乳初期日数、泌乳盛期日数、泌乳后期日数、最高日产奶量、最低日产奶量、最高日产奶量与最低日产奶量之差6个指标,采用相关系数分析法确定这6个指标与300 d产奶量之间的相关关系,并建立最优回归方程。【结果】通径分析表明,最高日产奶量和最低日产奶量是影响300 d产奶量的最主要因素(通径系数分别为0.269 5和0.235 7),同时也是衡量泌乳均衡性的重要指标;对120只羊300 d产奶量实测值与估测值的差异显著性分析表明,二者差异不显著,说明用这2个性状建立的多元回归方程准确性良好。【结论】利用最高和最低日产奶量这2个性状建立的回归方程估计奶山羊产奶量简便易行,可为奶山羊育种及提高产奶量提供可靠的依据,也是估计产奶量的一种适用方法。 [Objective] The research was conducted to study the correlation between milk yield and character istics of milk proportionality in Xinong Saanen milk goat. [Method] Data for this study were collected from 120 milk goats in Milk Goat Trial Farm of Northwest A&F University. Six indexes including milk days in initial stage, milk days in peak period, milk days in later period, maximum daily yield, minimum daily yield,difference between max and min,and 300-day yield were measured. The correlation coefficients between each of the six indexes and 300-day yield were calculated. The six indexes were used as independent variables, 300-day yield as dependent variable,and multiple regression analysis for establishing the optimal regression equation. [Result] The results showed that maximum daily yield and minimum daily yield were the most important factors which affect 300-day milk yield (Path coefficients were 0. 269 5, 0. 235 7 separately). The test result showed that there was no significant difference between estimate value and actual value. [Conclusion] The indexes of milk proportionality were important to maximum and minimum daily yield. The multiple regression equation estab:ished in this study was convenient and simple to estimate the milk yield. This provides reliable theory and practical method for breeding and increasing the milk yield of milk goats. This is also an applicable method to estimate the milk yield.
