摘要
建立薄壁U型钢-混凝土梁的挠度计算模型,推导梁的平衡微分方程,得出组合梁在不同荷载作用下的挠度计算公式.对8根组合梁进行计算,将计算结果与用现有计算方法计算的值和试验值进行比较,结果表明,薄壁U型钢-混凝土梁的滑移效应对挠度的影响较大,不能忽略不计.在相同的剪力连接件作用下,薄壁U型钢-混凝土梁的剪力连接程度比普通钢-混凝土梁低,要适当增加剪力连接件,剪力连接程度系数可从0.66提高到0.75.通过与现行钢结构设计规范公式的比较和分析,得出适合薄壁U型钢-混凝土梁挠度计算的刚度折减系数修正计算公式.
The deflection calculation model of cold-formed thin-walled U-section steel-concrete composite beams is established. Based on the model, an equilibrium differential equation is derived and deflection calculation formulas of the composite beams under different forms of loading are obtained, and the deflections of 8 beams are calculated. Comparing the authors' results with the results by currently existed methods and the test data, it is shown that the influence of slip effect on deflection of the composite beams is evident and can not be ignored; the deflection calculation method proposed in this paper is aecurate; the degree of shear connection is obviously lower than the conventional steel-concrete with the same shear connector. The shear connectors should be appropriately increased to get an effective shear connection and the factor of degree of shear connection would be increased from 0. 66 to 0. 75. By comparison with formulas of code for design of steel structures, a modified formula of the coefficient of reduction rigidity is proposed for the deflection calculation of the cold-formed thin-walled U-section steel-concrete composite beams.
