摘要
水平井技术作为转变经济增长方式、实现节约发展、安全发展、清洁发展的重要举措,钻井数量迅速上升。对华北油田水平井固井难点进行了分析,总结出一套适合华北油田水平井固井的技术措施,即保证井身质量、搞好井眼净化、提高套管居中度、缩短钻井液静止时间、优选驱油冲洗液、优化水泥浆体系、紊流顶替和套管漂浮等技术。现场应用效果良好,至2008年底共完成水平井固井70口,优质率达78.57%,为今后水平井固井施工提供了经验。
Horizontal well techniques are important for conservation development, security development, and clean development, which enable the number of drilling to increase rapidly. Through the analysis of cementing diffickuties of the horizontal wells in Huabei Oilfield, a set of techniques applicable to horizontal well cementing in the oilfield are summarized, i.e. the techniques to ensure casing quality, improve hole cleaning, improve casing centralization, reduce the static time of drilling fluid, optimize displacement fluid, optimize the slurry system, turbulence displacement and casing floating. Good results have been obtained from the field application of the techniques. By the end of 2008, cementing of 70 horizontal wells has been completed, and the quality rate reached 78.57%. Systematic horizontal well cementing techniques are developed, which may be good reference for horizontal well cementing in the future.
