摘要
以水滑石焙烧而成的Mg-Al复合氧化物(Mg(A1)O)固体碱负载磺化酞菁钴(CoPcTS)双功能催化剂催化1-辛硫醇氧化反应,具有与含10%NaOH的传统催化体系相似的催化性能,能有效地将1-辛硫醇氧化为二硫化合物.催化剂在循环使用时,活性下降,可能与CoPcTS氧化中心聚集有关.
he activity and stability of the bifunctional catalyst for the autoxidation of 1octanethiol, which was prepared by impregnating tetrasodium salts of cobalt tetrasulfophthalocyanine(CoPcTS)on MgAl mixed oxides(abbrivated to Mg(A1)O) derived from thermal decomposition of hydrotalcite, were investigated. The fresh and used catalyst were characterized via XRD and ESR. The results show that the catalyst is as effective as the corresponding 10% NaOH/CoPcTS system in the catalytic autoxidation of 1octanethiol, and the catalytic activity was decreased during its recycling experiments, which was probably due to the aggregation of CoPcTS.
