摘要
本文初步探讨了从蜂王浆中提取的10-HDA对实验室常见的几种细菌的抑菌活性实验,结果表明:10-HDA抑菌作用因菌种不同而最低抑菌浓度有所不同,大肠杆菌为0.625 mg.mL-1、枯草芽孢杆菌为1.25 mg.mL-1、金黄色葡萄球菌为2.5 mg.mL-1,其抑菌效果为:大肠杆菌>枯草芽孢杆杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌,实验表明对常见细菌有较好的抑制作用。
The antimicrobial action of 10-HADthat extracted from Royal jelly against a series of bacterium in the lab was studied. The results showed that the antimierobial effect of 10-HDA varied with the pathgenetic microbes. The antimlicrobial minimum dosage of 10-HDA were as follows: (Escherichia coli0. 625 mg · mL^-1, Bacillus subtilis 1.25 mg· mL^-1, Staphylococcus aureus 2.5 mg · mL^-1. The antimicrobial effection of 10-HDA were as follows:Escherichia coli 〉 Bacillus subtilis 〉 Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that the 10-HDA could effectively inhibit the growth of bacterium.
