摘要
目的探讨适宜草珊瑚丛生芽诱导增殖的碳源培养基。方法用蔗糖、白糖、葡萄糖、果糖等四种糖为碳源作对比试验。结果以蔗糖、白糖为佳,质量浓度20g/L为宜。结论以MS为基本培养基,在植物激素水平恒定基础上,碳源的种类和质量浓度是影响草珊瑚丛生芽诱导和增殖的主要因素。
Objective The research was done on different carbon sources and their concentrations in tissue culture medium to obtain the appropriate carbon source culture medium for inducing fascicled bud of Sarcandra glabra. Methods Contract tests were conducted with four carbon sources: sucrose, frosted sugar, glucose and fructose. Results The optimum carbon sources were sucrose and frosted sugar and the concentration was 20g/L. Conclusion The carbon source and its concentration were the main factors which affect the inducing fascicled bud ofSarcandra glabra in MS tissue culture medium with constent phytohormone level.
