摘要
建设节约型图书馆既是建设节约型社会的需要,也是高校图书馆事业发展的需要,是高校培养人才的需要。高校图书馆应加大宣传力度,增强节约意识,建立健全节约机制,实现资源共建共享,抓好文献资源建设,充分利用现有文献资源,重视对高校图书馆进行绩效评估工作,加强员工培训,挖掘工作潜力,提高服务质量,以推动节约型图书馆的建设。
The building of a saving - type library is not only the need of building a saving - type society, but also the need of developing college libraries and cultivating talent.
