摘要
研究了硫酸盐三价铬镀铬液中Fe2+对镀液和镀层性能的影响。赫尔槽试验发现适量的Fe2+可增加光亮阴极电流密度范围;阴极极化曲线显示Fe2+的加入有去极化作用;镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱测量以及浸泡试验表明:随着溶液中ρ(Fe2+)含量的增加,沉积速率增加镀层的耐蚀性略有降低,镀层逐渐发暗。
Small amount of ferrous sulfate was added into sulfate trivalent chromium plating bath to study the effect of Fe^2+ on the bath and the coating of trivalent chromium plating. It was found that suitable amount of Fe^2+ could augment the brightness area of Hull cell sample; the addition of Fe^2+ made the LSV more positive. Anodic polarization curve, EIS curve and the immersion test of the coating in the 3.5% NaCl solution show that the corrosion resistance of the coating descends with the amount of Fe^2+ increasing. The deposition rate is accelerated with Fe^2+ added, and the brightness of the coatings decrease at the same time.
