摘要 分析了卧式加工中心机床导轨安装面的工艺控制关键技术以及导轨精度对机床综合精度的影响,还分析了精密导轨刮研工艺技术的主要技术特点、滚珠丝杠的支承形式、热变形影响、预应力技术和加载方法;总结了导轨安装面的加工和装配精化工艺流程,并对提高滚珠丝杠传动精度和传动刚性所采取的装配工艺措施,进行了定性的描述,提出了实施丝杠预拉伸的常用工艺方法。 This paper analyzes the Horizontal Machining Center Machine Tool Process Control of the installation of the key technologies, as well as a comprehensive guide the accuracy of precision machine tools, the sophisticated technology rails blown inquiry of the main technical characteristics, as well as a summary guide of the installation process and assembly process refinement.
