摘要
从一般水利水电施工企业的实际情况出发,阐述了施工企业造价管理和造价控制标准、方法、过程以及为何提高造价管理、造价控制水平、提高投标成功率的措施与示法。
From the practical situation of water and electric power project enterprises, the paper stated the construction cost management, cost control method and process, and put forward measures to improve cost management and control, in order to raise successful bidding.
