摘要
某石化公司液化气球罐内表面经MT检验发现存在许多裂纹,其中有一台球罐焊缝处2条裂纹最为严重,长度约为1 000 mm,裂纹最深处达10 mm。在现场勘验及实验的基础上,文章分析了球罐裂纹产生的原因,探讨了该球罐修复工艺、整体热处理及修复后的强度校核,并提出了预防H_2S腐蚀的一些措施,确保该装置重新安全、稳定投入运行。
A lot of cracks were found in the inner surface of LPG spherical tanks at a petrochemical company,and two cracks in the weld of a spherical tank were the most serious with 1000mm in length and 10mm in depth.Based on site survey and experiment results,this article analyzes the reasons for the cracks,discusses the repair technology,integral heat treatment and strength check after repair,and puts forward some preventive measures against H2S corrosion, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the spherical tank.
