更换蒸汽管网保温材料及管托以降低能耗 被引量:3

摘要 锦西石化分公司蒸汽管网系统管线运行多年,保温破损、管托位移严重,导致保温隔热效果不佳,造成巨大的热损失,影响企业的能耗效益。文章对珍珠岩、复合硅酸盐和岩棉3种保温材料的性能和耗材费用进行了比较分析,对GR型隔热管托与传统HT-3型管托热损失进行了试验对比,决定蒸汽管网管线采用复合硅酸盐和岩棉保温材料及GR型隔热管托。更换新保温材料和高效隔热管托后,蒸汽管网减少了蒸汽热损失,降低了能耗,取得了经济效益,保证了企业的安全生产。 The steam pipe network system in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch Company has been used for many years,the insulation materials have been worn out,pipe bracket has seriously displaced that caused an inefficient thermal insulation, resulting in huge amount of heat loss, which brought an undesirable energy waste to the Company.This article makes a comparison and analysis on the common properties and cost of three kinds of insulation materials such as perlite,compound silicate and rock wool;a comparison was made between the heat loss of GR—insulated pipe bracket and traditional HT—3—tube pipe bracket,leading a determination of using compound silicate and rock wool thermal insulation material and GR thermal insulated pipe brackets for steam pipe network,which reduces heat loss of the steam pipe net and energy consumption. The economic benefits have been achieved, the safe production has been ensured.
