摘要
在当前组织内外环境以及全球经济环境发生深刻变化的背景下,系统研究工作场所的心理资本是全面认识和掌握组织人力资源的特点、内涵和相应管理策略的重要手段。所以心理资本的来源和界定、心理资本的定义、心理资本概念研究的取向和心理资本的特点成为了当前研究的热点。
In the context of the profound changes of the condition in and out of corporations, systematical researches of psychologi- cal capital are the important means of knowing the characteristics and construct of human resource of organization and establishing relevant management countermeasure. So the origin and definition of psychological capital, the conceptualization and trend of concept research of psychological capital, the characteristic of psychological capital have become hot spots of current research.
